Jorge Avalos, alumnus of the Accounting and Finacial Strategy Undergraduate Program at ITAM, has been appointed as the new president of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks (AMPIP).
With over 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors, Jorge Avalos serves as General Manager and Cofounder of Fibra Monterrey, specialized in property and administration of mainly industrial warehouses.
AMPIP’s numbers show that the most active market is within dynamic sectors as several manufactures, logistics, automobile, e-commerce, food and beverages, among others. Currently, the association represents 125 associates that jointly own over 460 industrial parks, covering around 80 million square meters and having presence in 28 cities in the country.
