José María Barrero, professor at the Academic Department of Administration at ITAM, has carried out research on the new balance of work resulting from the pandemic.
The research was recently published in an executive version by the Harvard Business Review, one of the most widely read and influential corporate publications in the world.
The research raises, based on quantitative data, the desire of the workers to carry out a hybrid work scheme; that is, that it has face-to-face and remote modalities. It also addresses the challenge that these schemes represent for companies.
The investigation can be read on the HBR website, under the title "Don't Force People to Come Back to the Office Full Time."
José María Barrero is currently a full-time professor in the Academic Department of Administration at ITAM. He has a degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania; Master in Economics, from Stanford, and Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford.
