Congratulations to Omar Hernandez Salgado, alumnus of the Law Undergraduate Program at ITAM, for his appointment as the new General Manager of the Compilation and Compilation and Systematization of Thesis Coordination at the Supreme Court of Justice. Omar will be handling the organization and directing the migration to the priors system.
Omar Hernandez collaborated in the presentation of Minister Jose Ramon Cossio Diaz at the Supreme Court of Justice; was Director of Legislation and Consultation at the Tax Attorney’s Office and, from 2016 to 2023, he served as Secretary of Study and Account of Minister Javier Laynez Potisek. He co wrote the “Freedom of speech at the Supreme Court of Justice sentences” (Tirant lo Blanc, 2014) and “Revolution at the Supreme Court” (UNAM, 2023) books, along with Jose Ramon Cossio. He has also teached Administrative Law at ITAM since 2021.
