EY Mexico seeks to disseminate the knowledge generated by professionals who contribute elements that contribute to solving complex issues in the economic-financial field through the delivery of the IMEF-EY Financial Research Award. The participants of this contest are professionals who develop scientific research work that provides a balance between theory and praxis in topics related to finance, business, administration, accounting and economics in Mexico. Each proposal is evaluated and ruled under the perspective of a respected jury. Since 2011, EY has granted this recognition with the purpose of promoting the development of professionals who add value to their communities by giving their time and skills to support local institutions.
Last Friday, November 19, the student Alexa Arianne González Holden won first place in the XXXVII International Financial Research Award IMEF-EY 2021. Alexa González obtained recognition in the Thesis category for her work entitled "Effect of Gender Discrimination in the Credit Market in Mexico".
We congratulate Alexa for achieving this great feat, reiterating the pride of our community for belonging to us!
