We congratulate Laura Cruz Urquiza, alumna of the Economics Undergraduate Program at ITAM, for her appointment as Deputy General Manager of Strategy at Santander Mexico. 

Santander Bank in Mexico announced Laura Cruz Urquiza’s appointment as their new Deputy General Manager of Strategy, Innovation and Client Experience, effective starting on march 13th of the current year.  

During her professional trajectory Cruz Urquiza occupied several positions in Mastercard, like, County Manager for Mexico, Senior Vice-president of loyalty programs for Latin America, Executive Vice-president of sales for Mexico and Divisional President for North Latin America. Laura has a MBA from Georgetown University and is certified by the High Directing program by IPADE.
