Congratulations to Gabriela Hernández Arvizu, alumna of the MBA program at ITAM, in her appointment as Human Resources Director for Europe, Africa and Eurasia at Colgate. 

Gabriela has over five years of experience within multinational corporations, where she has built solid relationships with the objective of boosting growth through comprehensive management of human resources and end-to-end process optimization. Her experience includes the successful implementation of human resources shared services, the introduction of new work methodologies and the effective collaboration with different interested parties. Always oriented to improving the workers experience during their time in companies like DuPont, Microsoft and Hill’s Pet Nutrition.
