David Aguilar Romero, ITAM alumnus, has been appointed Head of Profeco

David Aguilar Romero, alumnus of ITAM’s Political Science Undergraduate Program, has been appointed as Head of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
Previously, he held the position of general coordinator of Education and Disclosure at Profeco, where he oversaw the “Consumer Magazine”, a leading source of information about the consumer’s rights that shares high quality studies, developed in the National Laboratory for Consumer Protection, to the whole population. He also has experience as director of Social Communication at Leon, Guanajuato City Hall.
