Dr. Ana Laura Magaloni will assume the position of director on the Board of Directors of the banking institution group BBVA as of November, after being approved by the shareholders' meeting.
Dr. Magaloni has a degree in Law from ITAM and a PhD in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has been a visiting scholar at the European Law Research Center at Harvard University and a visiting professor at the International and Comparative Law Research Center at the University of California at Berkeley. She is also a research professor and founder of the Legal Studies Division of the Center for Economic Research and Teaching.
